Capstone in Film and Media Production: Streeteaters Club

For my capstone in Film and Media Production at the University of Kansas, I and three of my classmates worked together to make this short documentary about Lawrence local Sean Robertson and the Street Eaters Club. Robertson, who started the skateboarding club, suffered a severe skating accident in May 2022, cracking his skull open in six places and requiring months of rehab. In our film, he shares his story--complete with his love for skating and the Lawrence community.

Experimental production final project: Allegiance

This short film was created with found footage for my final project in experimental production. I owe a huge thanks to the lovely Meriel Salisbury for her willingness to read (and reread and reread) the poem I wrote to accompany the video, and to Professor Meg Jamieson for all her help with this project.

Animation final project: The House on Rhode Island Street

Members of the KU rock climbing club have lived in a house on Rhode Island street for years, but in March of 2021, the landlord decided to sell it. I made this stop-motion animation to commemorate the memories made in the home.
